cokeman54 - It is fun to tinker with! I taught chemistry for five years and had a blast with liquid nitrogen! It also is used to cool the coils in MRIs which I just had on my lower back a week and a half ago.

It is also used in the Dasani water process to dissiapate air before the cap is put on. This maintains the purity of the water. (Nestea's Also)

+1 Good call - I have seen some exotic rigs using Liquid Nitrogen for 
cooling!
And cokeman54 +1. I worked for the Coca-cola company making the syrups for their sodas back in college (mid eighties). Did not know Dasani used it for that purpose.
