Not bad that Duallie, only if you plan using it as a workstation I would of gone for this motherboard from Supermicro instead:

If I knew about this earlier I could of given you some more advice, I would of advised you this for the same money instead:
http://www.supermicro.nl/...000/SR56x0/H8QGi-F.cfm With four 16 Core Opteron 6276's, but yer, each to their own, the AMD setup would crush it though even f the Dual Xeon would run 5Ghz +
It's still 64 Cores, 32FPU's & 64 Threads for the AMD setup versus 12 Cores, 12 FPU's & 24 Threads for the Intel setup for the same money.
In SMP land, SMP systems more cores that consume lesser power and run at lower speeds, shall always have the upper hand over than lesser the oens with cores with more Ghz with and that use like double the amount of power.
But hey your choice of course, it is a very neat build nothing wrong there though
