Quick questions regarding Mods Rigs. Do I need to have a system in my modded case. I recently finished my case mod and received some good feedback but after reviewing the Mods Rigs site it seems that I need to have system specs and benchmark scores to be considered as a Mods Rigs.

You can set one up, but you need a picture and a Benchmark score in order to be eligible for the drawing.
