To all of you. Thanks for reading and thanks for the BR. I've wanted to make a thread like this for a long time, and now it is here. I needed a thread like this at the time I joined this Forum. 

Not only should it be stickied (as it is) but it should stand out.  I suggest have Shane put a different color background where you see the row for this thread so it doesn't get missed.  Maybe only the key threads should have a different row background.  Just a thought.

i think its a good guide. Maybe you could make a topic, where you can post the first 50 post so you can use the market place?
