Color/Gradient Banding... Completely at a loss. Tried everything I can think of.

So in the last few weeks I've noticed minor but noticeable color banding, err to be more specific, banding in gradients. First noticed it on Steams background and in Dota 2's chat window and various backgrounds, but after asking around, most people said they get that too... Still not completely reas..

This is getting riduculous, support isnt helping at all

Needless to say I'm extremely uncomfortable with my purchase, and with your supposedly "decent" custumers service at this point I contacted the EVGA EU support, asking for 1-gears of war 4 code, the EU members are left out of the promotion, as some sort of compensation for all the trouble2-send back..
