Is it just me, or do the ACX 3.0 cards stay ridiculously cool?

I have a 1070 SC ACX 3.0, and holy crap, it's ice cold. The hottest I've seen the temperature was 67 degrees, with default fan curve during heavy benchmarking. After adjusting the fan curve to my liking (not even audible until it gets to 60%, so I'll never hear it because at 60 degrees the fan is at..
