i7 5820k idle Temperature? - x99 FTW

Hello Guys,
today i had replaced my old mainboard (EVGA x58 FTW3) against the X99 FTW with i7 5820k.
I am running the System with a Zalman CNPS14X CPU Cooler (Thermal Grease: ZM-STG2M - 4,1 W/mk).
At first i am testing a bit the new board and new cpu.
 
On idle in the UEFI bios i have a temperature at 30°, when windows is loaded HWMonitor shows me a Temperature at max 39-41 ° for every core and max. 43° for the CPU package.
 
Which temperatures for the cpu should be normal, currently i don't had OC the CPU. But it seems that an haswell-e cpu produces a higher temperature?

CPU: i7 5820k
Mainboard: EVGA X99 FTW
Graphic: EVGA GTX 970 GAMER Hybrid 
HDD/SDD:
- Sandisk Extreme SSD 120 GB
- Samsung HDD 1 TB
- Samsung HDD 2 TB

    Those temps are fine. I believe the max for that chip is around 85 degrees C.
