We need to know what is your PC full specs please!
If you want to use Onboard GPU! We need know what is part of your motherboard! You will need to enable PEG (PCI-Express Graphic Display) in your BIOS setting! If you are use PCI-E Graphic card then you can run both onboard Integrated Graphic and GPU card! but for SLi then don't bother use on-board Integrated Graphic but for single GPU card then perfect you can run both will improve games!
Go your BIOS Setting and You will need to enable PEG in your BIOS setting find Integrated Graphic and then save in BIOS Setting and reboot start up Windows. You will need install Integrated Graphic Driver and Windows may ask you to reboot after complete install Integrated Graphic Driver.

But we don't know your full specs yet and motherboard!

I have found old post here for you to read about Integrated Graphic and Lucid Virtue software. Hope this will help you

    Let us know!

Why would you want to use both onboard and PEG GPUs at the same time?

Check your motherboard CD that came with the package. it has the driver/software for Virtu MVP.

I do the same on one of my MB. Why, I run the OS on the intergraded Video Card and Fold or Crunch on three GTX 690 Video Cards.
I could not get this to work on my EVGA Z77 but did on my ASUS Maximus V Extreme MB using the HDMI Port.
    1) Install the intergraded Video Card Drivers and setup how you want it to run and set the Bios to run both.
    2) Install your Card(s) Connect your Cable to the new Installed Video Card(s)
    3) Boot up and install your Driver for the new Video Card.
    4) Restart you PC with the cable connected to the NEW Installed Video Card and setup the cards how you want them.
4a) If you do not want to run SLI set them not to here but make sure your SLI Bridge is installed and works.
    5) Turn OFF your PC, connect the cable to the intergraded Video Card Port and Power on.

As on my ASUS Maximus V Extreme MB I cannot enter the Bios with the cable connected to the intergraded Video Card Port so on a reboot I connect my HDMI cable to my Installed Video Card and enter the Bios to make any changes needed reboot my PC and enter the Bios to save my changes. I Then reboot the PC move the HDMI Cable back over the intergraded Video Card Port and return to the OS. Do not Install any NEW Driver on your intergraded Video Card at this Point and do not allow Windows Update to update the Driver as well.
While in this mode you CANNOT make Changes OR update the Video Card Drivers and this includes EVGA Precision X.
You can run and use NV-Z. When you need to make changes or update the Driver on the Installed Video Card use the same process as entering the Bios. It takes LONGER to see your OS as the LCD/CRT will not work until the OS is Up and Running, you will NOT see any PRE OS Startup Images on your Computer. I Do Not Use or Install the "driver/software for Virtu MVP"
    Hope this helps.

How long do you wait, mine takes about 2-3 minutes to go from black to the OS.
The OS needs to load the driver to use it. Also are the GTX 560 a little old?
Sorry you cannot get this to work.

Did you ever get this to work? I installed the HD4600 drivers for my 4770k and cannot get any video if I set BIOS to integrated graphics and remove my GPU. HDMI connected from motherboard to monitor, says no input. I have to clear CMOS to get back into BIOS cause that doesn't even display. Im using Z87 Stinger, but I think problem is the same. Whenever I bought my system, I planned on waiting to have more money to buy a 780Ti Hydro Copper, but when I couldn't get any video, I had to buy a cheap used 480 off Craigslist so I could use my computer. I wasn't even getting video to see BIOS without the card.
