Yes I have turbo enabled. Your next step will be to raise vcore. Don't worry about what the voltage is only the temps, go up 2 notches when it fails. And maybe 1 notch on Vtt. I think a lot of people raise Vtt higher than it needs to be.

ok rised the vcore 2 notches and the vtt 1 notch and I get an error at the 2 min mark after it completes the first test any ideas?

Your settings look good. Leave the multi at 24. If you have reached your goal save those settings in bios profile. Temps look fine 83C hottest while running Linx is safe. You could leave it or you could fine tune it. Like see if you can lower Vtt to +.75 That may lower your temps a smidgen. Looks great your good to go.                                         

Well just up the QPI 1 with your current settings and see what you get.

Turbo does 4 cores +1 and 1 core +2. First try lowering Vtt to +.75 and see if that works. If it does not put it back to +.100. then see if you can lower Vcore 1 notch and see if that works. If lowering Vtt to +.75 works then try lowering Vcore 1 notch and see if that works. Repeat until it dies, then kick it back up to point of success.   4.2Ghz over kill? Does not matter what your video card needs for peak performance. What really matters is if you are happy with the performance of your computer. Don't we all want them to be as fast as possible. Over kill? So what. Most of us probably don't really need all the computer power we have.  Also when people are having their computer overclocked to what ever with an i7 CPU at least 90% are counting turbo. In the end all that matters is you are satisfied.  Great job you have done, Is a pleasure helping someone achieve their goal.   To increase you pretty much should only have to adjust vcore, and QPI. Maybe Vtt but probably not.

Ram overclocking is a bit harder because of your limitation of speed settings and locked multi of non EE chips. Yeah you can change your multi down to accommodate faster memory speeds, but then you might have to start jacking with your other voltages.  You could try 2:10 and raise the settings to 8-8-8, or 9-9-9 and see where that takes you.
