Did you ever register it? Can you give us a more detailed account of the cards history?

I tryed to rma it but they rejected it . They said I was not the original owner . So no warranty for me . I think the card is under 3 months old . I got it off amazon and it said it was new ,but as I said before . someone must of either had it before me or registered the serial number . At any rate I have a 399.99 dollar paperweight at this point . It does not display any video at all . So back to my question is there anyway I can pay to have it repaired .

So back to my question is there anyway I can pay to have it repaired .

Unfortunatley, they do not have a repair service. The only service they offer is warranty replacement.

IF it is less than 3 months old & you got it from Amazon-- I would give them a call or email, Amazon has tremendous service on their products.
They might let you return it in full credit or exchange.

You should be able to get an invoice from amazon to help you with the RMA. If you can get that then you should be able to get it repaired for free.

I would fight it if you have poof that it was bought new not used.
Maybe Amazon packaged a return and sold it as new, the person who had it before already registered it.

I can feel your pain I bought a EVGA GeForce 9800 GX2 off a E-bay seller the card worked fine for about a month than it failed to post, I did everything I could think of but no go I now have a very expensive paper weight as no one repairs these cards and no warranty all I can say it lesson learned put my old 250 back in  for now.

If you purchased off of Amazon then surely you have a proof of purchase. You used a credit card or debit card? If so then try and find a copy of the payment. Contact Amazon and see if they can arrange a duplicate receipt to be sent to you via email.
