does that only go to 980 ti? or 1080 or something?
the titan 2 (or whatever they are calling it will be out in oct/nov) can i step up to that? or is that a family change?
 
was 780 -> titan in the past a valid step-up?

    Only certain cards are available on the step up list, based mostly on availability. Typically though higher end cards like the FTW, Classified, Titans, or dual GPU cards like the 590 and 690 are not offered on the step up list. If a newer card were released and placed on the step up list, then you could definitely step up to that card as long as you are within your 90 day window.
