resizing Planetarians folding badges

With the new TOS regarding the size of our signatures, the question has come up whether its possible to resize Planetarians sig badges.
It is, and here are his instructions
I´ve asked him whether its OK if I post it, or whether he wants to do it himself.
Heres his reply to that

And now for the instructions:

It certainly is possible, though it may not be quite enough, depending on how much you're off by.

A while back, there was another forum where my badges started being used, and a few users mentioned that they liked the badges but they were too big. I played with it a bit and added a flag that will tell the badge to draw itself in a slightly more compact mode. To enable this, add 512 to the first number in the badgestring/url:

the result:


It's a little blurry, unfortunately. It was never a feature I particularly felt to be high-priority, so I just kinda accepted the results I got.

So for all those that have custom badges like myself, you need to change the first number after " ccjade, gtxwhatever..."
So just add 512 to it, so instead of 0 its 512, 1 its then 513 etc...
You can also just shave a few pixels off the top and bottom, by changing that value by 4. This does not resize the whole badge

    I made small custom badges today, I think they look great.

    My understanding of his pm is, that he already had that system in place for another forum.

    Any chance the badge generater could be changed for making them smaller?  I don't have any programs that I'm aware of that can make the change.
