Guys my 770 TWIN F is waiting for test. I prefer only WHQL drivers. But i dont know even temperatures of my card. I am on windows without drivers . Can i test that 320.49 BETA drivers for about 1-2 hours? And then uninstall , and nothing gonna happen with card?

    Works awesome.  Thanks man.

Just replaced my modded 314.22 drivers with these.  Temps are 6 degrees lower and difference for Firestrike Extreme score is 200+

So far these drivers are looking very good indeed

I am noticing some GPU power % spikes during testing that are "unusual".
After repeated testing runs it is impossible to reproduce consistently, but it is occurring...

Normal Heaven 4.0 results, GPU power 94% max

Run with Spike to 206% noted

Compared (stable on left, spike on right)

A previous run with a GPU use drop but -without- a spike, GPU power at 94% max

Testing this morning has produced GPU power % spikes in Heaven, Valley and BF3
None of which are consistently repeatable or showing the same values (lowest spike 151% and highest spike 288%

I am not very concerned about this at this time and will simply keep a sharp on things while my testing continues

I have heard things about rising temps on that drivers.

    Its that true?

"Be warned, people are noticing much higher GPU temps with this Beta release, including me, i went from 65-70c in all other drivers, to hitting 80c....."?

Temps under my standard testing protocol with 320.49 are approximately the -same- as 320.18 with a possible 1-2c higher temp at most..

IE: with the exact same tests and the exact same fan profile, the max temp seen has been 2c higher with 320.49

*try completely uninstalling Precision (and answer NO to saving profiles) and reboot once. Then reinstall Precision and setup the exact same fan profile and test again

looks like there's a 325.71 wqhl driving floating around?

I guess it comes with win 8.1 preview. Any info on that driver?

    Hey maniacvvv,

I saw this post and had to test this out for myself. Running Valley I'm getting no spiking. It's hardly even making a ripple; either in the bench or the loop usage is the same and constant. Also, gpu power is solid 84%, not the 94 you're reporting.

    Just adding info.

lol, so I guess it's driver testing day. I saw the 325's were out 5 minutes after installing the 320.49s.

    btw, they're at guru3d.

and I find it funny that after all these years of using Nvidia that you think WHQL means anything at all.

Noob question from GTX780 SC ACX owner:

It seems that I can put my CPU clock a notch higher with these drivers... I can now reach 1201MHz stable instead of my 1186MHz with the previous drivers. Benchmark still going strong.

Is it possible that drivers can boost stability that way?

That is the same type of spiking I observed using the 320.18 whql drivers.  Very random and only momentary spikes.

If you're asking me, it's no OC.  Stock clocks or using my OC settings.  I see spikes way over the max power target.  Same kind of thing Maniac pointed out on his pics earlier in this thread.
