Here's a few images of the custom case that I just finished for my 4P rig.  My main objective was to build a case where I could lay the 4p horizontally and protect from my young grandsons inquisitive fingers.  If building this case were only that simple...  I was to learn of the many areas to consider in design and then all the unexpected ones that would crop-up during construction.  Needless to say, it was a much larger undertaking than I had expected to design a case from the ground up. 
 
The sides are Plexiglas and are removable by just unscrewing the 4 thumbscrews up top.  The Fans are all Bitfenix Spectre Pro series and very quiet.  On the sides, the 140mm fans on bottom are drawing cool air in and the 200mm fans above them are exhausting hot air from the heatsinks.  The 230mm fan in top is drawing cool air in on top of the heatsink area.  The case frame is all 20mm extruded aluminum, very lightweight and strong.  I really love that stuff.  When I saw that extruded aluminum has a channel down the length on all 4 sides, my first thought was to use those channels to slide-in the plexiglass.  Learned a bit about cutting/working with Plexiglas too through all this.
 
Sorry about the window reflection, but with where I have it sitting and Plexiglas it's hard to get around.

I was just thinking about something like this for all my rigs just last night.
I have a couple work benches pushed together & was thinking of moving all my rigs to those then adding plexiglass and fans pretty much the same as you have.
I want to use ducking at the top so I can pump the hot air into the loft of the shed.
I'll probably have to use at least 3 or 4 ducks going up to dispense of all the heat they will make in a inclosed area.
I'd post picture of what I'd be trying to work with but don't want to mess up your thread with my mess. lol

You know, I have never thought of ducking before.  These things are obviously massive heaters with all the juice that they pull, but if they were exhausted out a duct outside like a clothes dryer, that would be amazing for keeping a folding farm cool.

This would be what I'd be working with. You'll have to use your imagination some on getting it cleaned off 1st. lol
I'll move the middle shelf down a little, place 6 or how ever many I can get on the lower 2 shelves.
I wouldn't need to put plexiglass in the back, but still close it in with something. Ends & front only for plexiglass.
I think if I can do what I have in mind with the ducking and all I should be able to reduce the heat by a good bit in the surround part of the shed.
Shed is 12'x24' and get quite hot in the summer with all the rigs going.

I did want to share with you guys a really great hole-cutter that worked perfectly for the large Plexiglas holes I had to cut.  I got it from McMaster (the 1 3/4 to 7 7/8" range version) and here's a link to the product page:

It is adjustable and designed for use in a drill-press.  In that capacity, it does a very clean job of cutting plastic.  I could not recommend the tool for hand-use in a drill because it is unwieldy to try and control (I tried that one).  But mounted in a drill press, it is a sweet tool for sure.  I cut about half-way through, flipped the plastic sheet over and cut from the backside using the same pilot hole from the first cut.  It produces a perfect circle with clean edges.

Where did you buy the extruded aluminum?  Does it have a special finish?  It almost looks bronze rather than plain silver.

Punchy, I got the aluminum T-slot from McMaster Carr.  The color is standard aluminum, but has a soft look to the finish that I really like.  I didn't use a flash in the photos so that the green lighting wouldn't be washed out.  Because of that, the aluminum picked up on the incandescent lamp in my room and it appears bronze. The T-slot isn't cheap, but I fell in love with using that stuff.
