double monitor(tv) issue with scaling EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SC ACX2.0

so im using 32" tv as a main monitor all the time but at the same time ive got plugged in 50" tv (im using it only when i want to watch movie or a tv show) but both are plugged in to my pc all the time
and this is what i sometimes get when turning my pc on (sometimes i need to reset pc up to 3 times to fix it)

i get this wierd scaling only on my main 32" monitor the other one (50" tv) is always fine

anyone know whats up with that?

    Does the issue occur on all outputs? Have you tried a different set of display cables?

    hello
    i bought specially 2 dvi cables to check it(last time the tv's were plugged in hdmi and dp) still same problem on small 32" tv

    Hmm. You may want to try reinstalling windows to see if it helps get rid of the problem. If reinstalling windows doesn't help fix the issue then your monitor may have a problem.
