constant driver crash when playing witcher

Hi all,
 
I am not sure if its the witcher or the newest Nvidia driver but I been playing witcher3, so far put about 40 hrs into it. and atlaese once an hour The game freezes and when I minimize screen i see the Nvidia kernel crash. reset settings to default on EVGA precision, still crashing.
 
Anybody else having issues or is it my card? Hopefully patch tomorrow will fix things.

    You forgot to mention what card you were using...

    However, in most problems with Withcher 3, a downclock of both memory and core clock will of the problem. If it fixes yours, than you can attempt to RMA the product.

    I can't help a lot more than that without knowing the exact card model.

    Currently fighting this exact issue with a GTX 980 SC ACX on 352.86, this is the first time I have ever had this many problems with this card and it is extremely frustrating. I Will be trying the down-clock solution

    352.86 driver is faulty, I revert back to 347.88 and no crashes and black screen flickering anymore. You should do a DDU wipe and install 347.88. Nvidia need to release another driver!
     
    Also if you need witcher 3 profile... copy it first with Nvidia inspector and import it in 347.88 =D
     
    347.88 profile for witcher 3 is non-existent. Doesn't run very well. Work, but not well!

    Hey

    Had this problem, it was also doing it in windows out of nowhere. First make sure the nvidia streamer service is disaled and make sure geforce experience is closed. GFexp was the culprit for me. Since i'm shutting it down i haven't had crashes.
