would the power supply or ram or cpu cause this? the cpu still gets hot so its not that and i tried booting without ram and nothing

Might be the CPU then.  You have all the power leads plugged in including the 8-pin CPU power?

yes everything. but my cpu worked fine and i never pushed it like last time

i touch the cpu block and its warm. not that warm. just barely. why would it not be my power supply causing this

I'm betting your PSU is the cause, those GX750's were ... Pretty bad.

That's a brand new unit, can't even pass 600w in a stress test. RMA the PSU. Go buy a new one, and sell that GX750 when you get it back from RMA.

It very well could be the PSU, without other parts to test with it's just a guess though.
