I am using the Classified K with 6700k OC to 4.6, 1.35v override. The rear fan I do not control it is just always spinning. The top fans are controlled by the h100 cpu cooler and the two front fans are at full speed connected to the power supply. That's my setup, i dont know anything on fan profiles or anything.

Speedfan unfortunately can be a very glitchy program and list settings incorrectly. If you look at the photo you showed, the +12v shows that current voltage is 10.38 which is very unlikely as it would cause the system to crash.

I have all my fans set to PWM in the BIOS and the three smart capable ones set to 50% each in the BIOS. Speedfan can only control the two CPU fans and the bottom left Chasis fan from what I've seen with the Classified-K. With my BIOS setup like that I can change any of the three PWM values and see my fans or pump change. This is with 2x NF-F12s on CPU2, 5x F2-140s (using PWM splitter for molex power) on CPU and an Aquacomputer D5 on the bottom left chasis connector.
