When the cast comes off, make sure you follow through with the physical therapy. I had a spiral fracture of the humorous bone when I was 18 arm wrestling my dad and I only kinda did the physical therapy afterward. To this day, I can't straighten my arm out all the way. Also sucks 20 years later when I hit my elbow just right on a wall or when it is cold outside...

I broke my arm a month 1/2 ago. I got into a car wreck. Going through an intersection (I had green light) and a lady came the other way, failed to yield left and pulled right in front of me. Airbag broke my arm :(

You should feel fortunate. My sister lost her life back in 1998 because she wore a seatbelt but the car DIDN'T have an airbag. When she was thrown forward into the steering wheel the impact ruptured her aorta. If the car would have had an airbag she'd be alive today.
