bottom card wont down clock after disabling k-boost

as the title says. ive been turning kboost off on some games just to not run the cards at boosted clock all the time. well my bottom card stays at its boost clock when i have it disabled. both cards are vanilla titan sc. its not hurting anything just its annoying for some reason. or is it like this because its sli

    You may have to select each card separately in PX and disable Kboost twice............

    I had similar problems with K-Boost. The only way to fix it was a clean install of the drivers. Even removing and doing a clean install of Precision didn't fix it.

    i did a clean install and BAM!! this is the lowest i have ever seen this card idle temp wise. thanks for that info hemi.

    Just for future reference it appears that you didn't have sync enabled on the first pic above.  When sync is off then your settings will only apply to one card at a time.  You can use this to clock the card individually.  Now that sync is on the settings are applied across both cards at the same time.

    There is a glitch I came across with my 4way sli titans to get kboost to enable or disable on all cards at once I have to disable sli, then disable and re-enable Sync then enable/disable kboost then re-enable sli (if enabling kboost restart is necessary) give this a try if that ever happens again I spent hours trying to turn it off on each card and it was impossible without this trick to get them all in the same state

    ill keep that in mind dak. i sure get a giggle out of the cards idling so low and some games it never reachs boost clock. i dont care what people say about titans. they are champs. not even breaking a sweat on most now.
