The PCIE SSD's are effectively RAID controllers with SSD's integrated, and behave as such. I do not see any way this could be bootable. However once in Windows it may be possible to use a software RAID utility to stripe them that way, but you may see other issues there. I do not see any means of doing a hardware based array, I think software controlled array that is OS based is likely your ONLY option. Any other method would be effectively an oddball multi card array of RAID 00 (which I know does not exist, but in effect that is what it is).
I would not try to do this on any system that I care about the info on. if this is just for the heck of it and trying something new, and you know full well it may corrupt data or be terribly unstable, then go for it.
It would be crazy fast if you can pull it off, otherwise, you are looking for trouble and lots of time spent reformatting.
If you or anyone else gets this working I would be very interested in seeing the results.
