Well you haven't gone into depth as to why you're disappointed.

    What is the problem exactly?

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Someone asked me the same question on Twitter so I will put the reply here...

Unfortunately the comment I made about new BIOS coming was a bit premature unfortunately... we found how to fix it and can, but we ran into a roadblock with releasing it. There's a 3rd party BIOS floating around that essentially has the same changes, but obviously not "officially" endorsed by EVGA. We are still working on and official EVGA version however.

I cant get any stable over clock in heaven or vally, (not even 10 mhz) I was reading in another forum post the card has some voltage bios issues

i have similar problem with 780 classi. i cant overclock over 90mhz offset. that means that i barely get 1200mhz on boost clock. i dont know if that happened from ASIC 62.3%. . Matthmarro sorry i cant replay ur pm cause i have only 2 post on evga forums.

i did all oc steps i read. switch Ln2 bios , power target 115% temp target 95C overvoltage on +63mv. first checked core clock increasing 13mhz per time till the driver crush. i had potential for my classy but now i am really disappointed. :(

I already bought two EK classy water blocks and going to buy two 780ti classified...
Is it easy to change / replace / update bios or do i need to flash the new bios?

I'm disappointed with my 780ti Classified as well. So far it's been a dud for overclocking. Barely 1200 MHZ boost and almost nothing on the memory (artifacts at +200) The stock voltage boost doesn't help much either, it only increase's the time before a crash. Funny thing is the best OC I've been able to stabilize (1232) in the Heaven benchmark has been at stock voltage. Once I go any further it will crash halfway through, occasionally it will complete a run but will crash part way through the second run, additional voltage does nothing to stabilize it.
I have also used the  Ln2 bios, with power target at 115%, temp target 95C over voltage on +75mv. I can't believe a card marketed so heavily toward over clocking overclocks so poorly. If this were a reference card I wouldn't be complaining, just luck of the draw, but all classified's should perform above average. I'm really hoping the new bios will help with these issues.

Wow didnt expect so many people to be unhappy with the classi. So alot of people have issues with overclocking? A so called overclocking card being horrible at overclocking? Bluh. Guess they are only giving the good chips to the kingpin and neglecting the classified? I guess we should of seen it coming when they announced the kingpin

I have the same problem.. I can get a +75 on core with no voltage added.  Anything other than that results in artifacts or "video driver stops responding".  Adding voltage doesn't help either. 1.212 = still +75 stable. ln2 does the same thing.

Out of the years I been building computers, overclocking and enjoying hardware. I've come to learn that EVGA firmware/BIOS are not always trustworthy for the investment. I'm really thinking of switching to ASUS or MSI for video cards and motherboards. Really was cured from buying a EVGA motherboards. In fact, it is hard to trust any manufacturer these days.

What disappoints me is that we bought one of the most expensive items that evga provides. And the bios is shown to be a common problem and yet no fix. Since the problem I have yet to use my computer. Which is over a week now. At this rate there will be other video card opinions by the time I get to utilize my major investment.

Wonder why they don't hire that guy that made the new bios?  seems to be doing a better job than their employees.  I think his handle is skynet?  Anyways, not comfortable in using his bios for the fear of no warranty lol.

So wait I have a 780 ti, is this bios update for classy verisons only :/ please reply because I see a problem with my 780 ti not staying at 1.2v..... it goes to 1.2v for like...... 30 seconds then it goes to 1.187v and I am just like -.- woow and the temps are fine... So basically I cant get a good oc at all and I know some cards oc like crap but this one is horrible at oc....I didn't do a big oc as u can see but I will have PC lock ups in bf4 and crisis 3 etc

Also my 780 ti doesn't stay at the clocks I set it to... it goes to 1124 MHz then downclocks to 1110 and I am like why is it downclocking its self at 99% gpu usage, remember Nvidia said as the load gets heavier the boost clock kicks in to give you more fps? Well when I hit 99% gpu usage it starts downclocking a bit.... idk if it is bad gpu... bios... or driver someone answer me please :(

... same problem here. My classified Ti won't go above 1.178 volt.

And: Why is the power limit 115% ?? Didn't EVGA promise an AAA+ power target?

    Actually, I'm quite disappointed.

+++ power. Actually, they promised "unbelievable overclocking potential".

    It is unbelievable.

But the card is truly a work of art. I absolutely love mine. It romps stock and is quiet with good temps. Having a good time with it.
