Another question on an upcoming build. Am still researching the whole M2 implementation and how it interacts with the boards and have a question about the implimentation in the Z97 Classy board. Can I use an M2 SSD as the boot drive and since the slot is switchable in Bios, how would I go about it if I can?

TIA,

Brewta

Sadly the classy only has an MSATA port  that can also be used as an MPCIE (for a wifi card)... There is no M.2 on board. Its not a big deal for some, as M.2 can take away precious pcie lanes in some cases.... You should be able to insert an m.2 drive through a pcie slot though.
