evga z97 ftw bios 1.08 has the same issue as 1.06 and 1.07. here is what I did I updated the bios through window restarted the computer without going into bios. my computer was fine for 1 day.
today I went into bios change the setting for beeping when computer start to off save it and restart. I then went back into the bios, boot window tech build 1041 but didn't proceed with the installing so I just exited and restarted the computer. once I was in window I notice my mouse and keyboard wasn't working so I restarted my computer 2x and it was doing the same thing I even tried switching to a different usb port with no luck. So then I went back into the bios set everything to default, Once I was inside window my mouse started lagging bad so I so I just set the bios back to 1.04! Good Evga

So which NVME SSD would work in the Z97 Stinger? Assuming PCI-e 3.0 x16 is occupied by a GPU?

I think the answer is none... NVME SSD's would be running off of the PCIE bus not SATA. The nvme support allows you to boot from these devices. If you have no more pcie slots on your mobo then your out of luck. that being said, a fast sata SSD or two of them in RAID 0 will get you comparable performance (though not quite as good as some of the top of the line stuff).

    Hi Guys.

After updated bios 1.08 for my z97 classy then can not load Oc at 4.7 anymore ( keep BSOD when booting into window), it used to stable at 4.7 under 1.07 . other thing is vcore set in bios 1.08 = 1.395 but it shows on Eleet = 1.226 . even keep increasing vcore in bios up to more than 1.4 it still shows at 1.226 .Also  went back to bios 1.07 , system still get the same issue . Anyone has this issue and know what caused it ? (PSU problem ?), any suggestions ?
    Thanks
