Amazing work.
What are your thoughts on the Bitspower X-Station II? Been wanting to pick one up for about a year, just have never seen anybody else buy one. Really need something to help clean up my cables.

This particular station was designed for fans. I used it for lights. One power in and modified all my lights to connect to this station. I have it wired to a remote switch that will allow me to on/off/phase in and out/pulsate the lights. The remote switch was cheaper than adding a lamptron switch with aluminum plate which is what I was going with. I like the station. It really cuts down on wiring....looks professional

I ordered one for my fans, all 11 of them, and a few other things I may be able to attach to it. Cables are a mess in the back. Should make my case quieter as well since most of the fan ports undervolt. Plenty of radiator to not need full fan speed.

Case: Corsair 900D
Motherboard: EVGA Z170 Classified E179
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K 4.6GHz

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW DT SLI
PSU: EVGA 1000w G2
SSD: Samsung 512GB 950 Pro NVME M.2
Monitor: Acer Predator X34 100Hz G-Sync
Sound: Schiit Modi 2 DAC~Schiit Vali 2 Amp

I agree with you on the fans.  I put in a Koolance TMS-205 and daughter board.  I have all my fans hooked to that as well as the pumps and can cut the fans down to 30 percent when idling and it's whisper quiet.  Otherwise, at full speed, they do make  some noise but the gentle typhoons are really quality fans.  I like them. I originally ordered the bitspower station for the fans but with the TMS unit, I didn't need it.   I calculated the amperage needed for all the fans, all the pumps and the board could handle everything.   It works well as a lighting station.

yeah, it does what it's supposed to do but why not make the MB bigger these days, right!

If a Raspberry PI would do what my rig does, I'd still use the same case and just add more stuff :).
Nothing wrong with the smaller parts(or big cases), just means more room for other things, and upgrades.

Really nice build Delirious! I like the way it's plumbed. How many QD's did you use? Clean looking on both sides.

Hell of a nice build. I am also in the Ivy leauge and much preferr the 1155 platform over the bloated and lackluster 2011 x79. Nice work. Mind me asking what that cost to build and how many hours it took?

Because the Z77 took so long, I worked on it a few hours a night for 2-3 weeks.  Not every night but maybe 20 hours.   I just took my time and sleeved every cable I could.  Waited for parts to arrive and enjoyed myself.  Cost?  When it's a hobby, I try not to add up the costs.   I did purchase some things that would last me.   Next time I upgrade, the case components won't need to be changed out.

I used two on the video and two for the MB so that I could slide out the tray and remove the video and MB completely.   I had to do this once and it was a breeze getting things back in place.   I would highly recommend getting the koolance extreme flow (with 3/8 to 1/4 adapter ring if you use it on a G4 connection).   They look bulky but if you put them in the right places, I think they look attractive.

Incredibly nice build.  How do you like the fittings?  I'm planning another watercooling set up in the future that will be making use of some 30º and 45º fittings and I was looking at bitspower...

I love the fittings.  Had no trouble putting them all in.  Hardest part is figuring out what you need and not buying too much.   I'm really impressed by all the options you can use with these fittings.  I also love the koolance quick disconnects.  Haven't lost a drop from each and I had to remove my motherboard after the first one went dead and it was extremely easy.    Cleaning and draining should be a piece of cake and these should last me a long time.  I'd go with bitspower any day.

Very nice rig.  If you don't mind me asking how much was the case in that configuration?  It looks more suitable for my multi ITX server option than my poor DDT29.
