^ I don't think so. so far they thought the issue is related to my GPUs, but since each of them behaves the same way and you are another member with different GPUs experiencing the same issue ... then the problem could be in BIOS actually ... so who knows.
 
1 thing for sure though, if they offer me to RMA the board, I will refuse it , all works fine besides this glitch.
 
you should actually ask the same question to EVGA tech support, the more input on exact same issues they have, eventually reaches product management and they test it, if it gets replicated then they try working on a solution, we'll get there faster if there is more of us letting them know that such trouble exists.
