Hi guys, my computer has been giving me a hard time starting up lately, when I power it on it'll go straight to code 19 and just sit there. If I leave it alone and come back it will work fine or continue to code 19.

However if I disconnect one of my 6pins to my 560ti classified it will error code a2 (I think that was it) then I can power it off, replug it in and it will boot fine then.

Am I looking at a motherboard or a videocard problem of sorts?

    Hello,
I do apologize for the issues you are having. There are a few things we can try to further diagnose the problem. First I may suggest testing the system in barebones with only the bare minimums installed, cpu, 1 stick of memory, 24/8pin power connectors, and keyboard. Then clearing your CMOS by pressing the CMOS button or removing the battery from the motherboard for 2-3 mins after unplugging the system. Powering your system on paying close attention the the LED post code indicator for any other possible codes that may prevent the system from posting correctly. Post code 19 would generally point us towards memory related issues. So possible causes can be the memory itself, the memory dimm slots, cpu socket, and possibly the memory controller which is on the CPU. Please keep us updated with the results of your testing so we can further assist you.

    Regards,

Try doing a Memtest for any Ram errors.
