Currently mine is the Mionix Castor.  Excellent tracking, comfortable to the touch.  Software is not the best.  Have to manually open the program for it to run.

I have a R.A.T. 7 or 9 don't remember which on my home machine. I like it for its adjustability, but for overall feel I prefer my Logitech G700.

Logitech M325. They cost almost nothing and I have 3 more unopened and can throw my current one at the wall.

Logitech Cordless Optical Trackman,  don't have to move my elbow, which after upper epicondilitus is a blessing. Has programmable buttons and is most comfortable, and to me fast.  Just impossible to find since discontinued a few years back. If you have elbow or repetitive wrist problems and want to keep gaming,  this is the only way to continue to play without pain, ( physical anyway, lol ).

Evga X5. I came from a Logitech MX518 that I used for years but the x5 just works for me. It had a few small issues at first but works like a champ now.

Func MS-3 Rev2 love this mouse and the way it fits my hand perfectly. I bought an extra before FUNC was bought by Fnatic no word back if they will continue making them. I'd love to have a button for all 5 fingers but at least I have a decent place to rest all of them and control the mouse. Software is better than most and has on board memory too. I tried a Mionix naos 8200 which is a similar design but it was to small, no memory, missed the mute button of the MS-3 and the software sucked. I've tried going back to a more traditional design and I end up missing the 5 finger support and FUNC in general.

I was hooked on the Cooler Master Spawn for years until I discovered the Corsair M65. I just graduated to a Corsair M65 RGB White and I really like the new position of the Sniper button.

I used the Trackman Marble F/x for the longest time, then the MX700 which is still going strong into its 14th year. I also use a Cordless Optical Trackman, which is the spiritual successor to the Marble. And as is typical with Logitech, it's an amazing bit of kit that they discontinued too early, and is selling for $200-$600.

Using a Logitech G9 for the last 7 years, the original soft grip failed, the weight tray is stuck, the scroll wheel click/unclick mechanism failed so hard that I had to disassemble the mouse remove some parts and now it forever free-wheels, but the mouse is soldiering on and working just fine

Since I prefer wireless over wired, that limits my options some what.  Currently Im using a Logitech G700.  I don't see this mouse being replaced anytime soon.

Going from Logitech MX518 to Logitech G500S, the quality improved in my opinion, the sides of the mouse and mouse buttons 1 & 2, they don't show wear like the older MX500/MX518 did.  My G500s is over a year old and no wear marks on the side or M1/M2 buttons.

I haven't used Corsair or Evga mice (yet).

That is true.  Companies get people to think we need crazy high DPI mice for gaming, when you can game just fine on a $20 mouse.

currently gaming with the logitech g502. decent price for a high quality mouse. my main reason for buying was the heftyness of the mouse wheel, meaning it has a hard click to it when you scroll down. It also has a button to release the "clicking" mechanism in it and the mouse wheel can roll freely, which is a cool aspect. Also it doesn't have a lot of macro buttons, and i don't play any MMO's so i didn't need a lot of buttons on it. dpi changing buttons is nice too. when switching between games which have different mouse sensitivities, you can change it on the fly without having to go into settings. Decent software thats easy to navigate is a plus as well.

I have tried (bought)  about a half dozen high end mice. I have settled on the 502 as well.

I use to use a $15 coolermaster mouse and the scroll wheel made a super annoying squeak noise. Then I saw a torq x10 for $30 and couldn't pass it up.

I use the Razer Naga with the 10number keys on the side. Works great for so many games with crummy WASD implementarions. I can set the bindings to remove the need to press shift, control or alt. I also can use the buttons for quick access to armors and weapons for skyrim and the like.

    Can do wireless or corded.
