If it's legit that's a good price with the GPU

Ditch the Corsair fans and get better ones like Thermalright FDB or Scythe S-Flex (which are the same as each other aside from RPM and packaging), or if you're feeling spendy go with Scythe GentleTyphoons or Noctua NF-F12.  If you end up with a case that uses 140mm fans, go with the Noctua NF-A14 or Silverstone AP141 which are the only really good 140mm square fans aside from blistering loud server fans.

Likewise, the 650D is usually not worth the price either.  The Lian-Li PC-A75 and PC-A76 (better build quality, better airflow, easier assembly, more upgradable/flexible), NZXT Switch 810 (more upgradable/flexible, better potential airflow), Silverstone RV03 and RV04 (better airflow with less noise than anything with comparable airflow) offer much more.  You wouldn't need a dust filter kit with any of these cases either since they all come with their own, and the filters in the Lian-Li and Silverstone cases are very easy to remove and clean.

You can get much better keyboards for the price of the K90 too.  If you want a full sized board with macro keys and similar features, go with the CM Storm Trigger-Z.  If you don't really care for such features, that opens up your options a lot more to things like the Ducky G2 Pro, WASD V2, Unicomp Ultra Classic if you want clicky tactile switches, Leopold FC700R (which comes with PBT keycaps by default), and tenkeyless boards like the Leopold FC700R tenkeyless version, WASD V2 tenkeyless, and CM Storm QuickFire Rapid/Stealth/XT.  All of which are built much better than the K90 and many have more color/backlighting/size options as well.

An 850W PSU is overkill unless you plan on two GPUs or more.  Look into the Seasonic G series PSUs, which have the best value today.  They have an affordable price yet they outperform most other companies' flagships.

Thanks for your input mate. The thing is, is that the parts are all off of eBay and the machine is already built. Was thinking of using it as a second rig (but using my 780 in both whenever I switch). So I'd probably stick to the one I have in my sig and have this one as a back up. So was wondering whether those used components at that price (now £700) would be worth it?....Or should I buy another 780 instead?

Ah, that looks like a good deal for £720.  Would be a nice secondary PC to have.  Two 780s is a waste of money for 1080p, even one 780 is overkill for that res at the moment unless you're playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Lost Alpha or trying to use 4x-8x supersampling in other games.
