    This has been known for some time.
     
    I don't believe it will be completely different (inside and outside), but change enough that people using Chrome or Firefox will give it a fair shot, not like the "fair shot" they gave to IE9+. The "It's still called Internet Explorer, it must be garbage" attitude to me isn't a fair shot.
    Microsoft will mess it up by not enabling features out of the box. They need to make a lengthy tutorial on settings and features for the general public that just surf the web and checks email.

    I did read somewhere that stated that Spartan will not replace Internet Explorer.  I don't know how true that is since a lot of the websites state that it will be a replacement.
