18 minutes of Prime95, weirdest BSOD. It showed 1/3 the BSOD screen and computer frozed ;/
:)
Are you running a SSD?? If so, is your firmware up to date?? Trying to get a 3.8ghz OC is typically pretty easy. Something is odd here. Try putting your CPU vcore at 1.375. Leave vtt at +200mv & QPI PLL at 1.325v and let's see how that works out.

14h58 => 15h00 BSOD, WHEA_UNCOLLECTABLE_ERROR (after applying the SSD update, the BSOD showed correctly, maybe it helped!)

So after the update to the SSD, how long did Prime run before a bsod? Or haven't you done it yet? And is that with the new vcore setting of 1.375v?

Ok, set your CPU vcore up to 1.375v and disable your virtualization (VT) and try again. If that fails, set all your voltages to auto except for your Dimm voltage. Then run a test for at least an hour and let's see that everything is stable at stock.

Ok. So with all auto settings, no boot to windows? Something is really bugged up here. I'm starting to wonder if it's maybe a ram issue.

Try with only 1 stick of ram installed and all voltages on auto except for Dimm voltage. Leave that at mfg'r spec. If it boots, run a memtest. If it passes, replace that stick with another, test again, so on & so forth so we either rule out ram or confirm.

For some reasons the ahci screen stays much longer now, shows Port 00: for a good 30 seconds. It now says that my pc must be repaired, file \Windows\system32\winload.exe with error code 0xc000000e Thus, can't boot into windows with a single unit. I'm trying Mem86 with all 3 sticks right away. No, sorry bud. I meant stock Blk and multi as well, Pretty much a default bios other than your mem voltage and timings, and how you have your SSD set to boot up. I think we need to 1st verify all your ram is good. If so, then run a good Prime test with stock settings & voltage to make sure we're starting with a clean slate. I only suggest this because we really should have been able to achieve a 3.8ghz OC fairly easy, but something is not right.

Is the test you're running using all or most of the ram?? Otherwise, once you complete this successfully, it might be a good idea to run at least 3 loops of memtest just to have some peace of mind. If that all passes, go in the bios and select the Dummy OC. Save & exit and boot back into bios. Take note of the CPU clock speed and voltages it may have changed & what they are. Boot back into windows and run Prime again. Maybe a 20 min test. Usually I wouldn't go through all this, but with the trouble we've been having trying to get a 3.8 OC, it may be worth the extra effort.

I know a lot of people use Prime for testing, but I never do so I'm not familiar with how it works. I use LinX to test my CPU & ram combo. So when you try to run mem86+, it just freezes?? If so, I don't know what else to try other than going back to trying 1 stick at a time now that you have your bios back to stock settings. I can't think of any reason you wouldn't be able boot up with 1 4gb stick unless it's a bad stick or bad slot.

I am having the same issue for Mem86+, nothing happens. It's freezing for no reason.. even on 4.1
Ok bud. I have to call it quits for today. I'll be back on tomorrow morning sometime. Let me know how your testing goes. We need to get to the bottom of this so we can get back to the OC'ing...

bdary xboxnissan I did a stress test on Prime95, is it another option to test all RAM? I am having the same issue for Mem86+, nothing happens. It's freezing for no reason.. even on 4.1 Ok bud. NP, Updates: 1- Memtest86: Went into base clock, putted in the first slot each one by one each of my GSkills memory. Everytime it froze on the screen I showed you before. 2- Memtest86: Same as #1 + Tried going into my latest stable OC, can't boot into windows.... :/ 3- Went into base clock, tried going into windows and worked. I (was) currently doing linx for 1 full time (15 minues so far, and all passed), using Problem Size of 37551 and Memory of 10787 by selecting All, no BSOD was found (remember, I tested on base clock.).
