Do you still have the box by chance? It also has a serial number sticker on it that we can use in lieu of the one on the card. Just cut it out and tape it with clear tape to the product if you have to send it in.

I don't show that you have the board registered either under your account, so we have no record of the SN either. Unfortunately without it being registered or having either sticker, at this point there's nothing we can do to assist you with warranty on this board. We can always assist with troubleshoot though.
