Well it idi 20 passes of LinX with out errors! Should I move onto IBT or not? Temps did reach in to the 80's btw! VREG and Core!  I'm not too concerned as it doesn't even come close to those temps while folding!

Passed LinX 20 passes and IBT 25 passes without any issues with blck 196.  Gonna give 197 a go and see what happens unless you want me to make changes to the voltages before I proceed. Nothing has been change other than my memory settings. I ran my timings @ 6-7-6-18 1T 1.62v! Those timings were ran during both tests.

That sounds good. Glad you were able to pass LinX. I would try 197 next to see how far you can get on 1.36 VCore.

Just passed LinX with blck 197 and 1.36 VCore. Going to try IBT next now. Even though the VREG and VCore temps keep hitting the low 80's it shouldn't be a problem since it doesn't come close while folding?

Glad to hear 197 passed LinX. :)
Folding core temps should be a bit less than LinX and similar to P95 Blend. If IBT passes, give bclk 198 a try next.

IBT is working now. 25 passed, 8 Threads, Maximum memory. Its 5 of 25 now!

At this point you probably have to increase VCore a bit. Start by increasing the VCore two positions above your current 1.36v setting.

test with Prime95,becourse Linx tests only chip,not memory and NB.

LinuX error on first pass!

A few of us have agreed that Prime95 just doesn't cut it for todays X58 platform. If I do test with Prime95 it will be the last thing I test with as the length of time for Prime to run.

Try 1.4v for the VCore. Keep an eye on the temps.

It worries me to crank the voltage that high! As I sit here now my folding temps are as high as I want them to go without going under water.  I know that the temps are ok but I really don't want to push it. This might be my stopping point. I'll go for 1.4VCore if you think that it can handle it. I mean I trust my cooling but you have the more experience. Last testing pushed my temps into the mid 80's. Vreg hit 81c also! But like I said that those temps don't happen while folding. Just let me know what you think?

You can always get a better heat sink, or save up for water. The NH-U12P isn't the best for heavy overclocking. Only 4 heat pipes and smaller fin surface area.

I'm not too sure what HS would fit as my pull side fan already rests on top of my MOSFET cooler. Its a tight fit!

1.4v is probably okay provided the temps are low enough. I have had my folding rig up to 1.45v with vdroop but that was during the coldest winter months and my core temps were in the 60's while folding during that time of year. Your temps are getting up there and 80+C for the VReg is high. I think you may be best off backing down to bclk 197 with the original 1.36 VCore. You probably will not see much difference with TPF for folding going from bclk 197 to 200.

Thats what I ended up doing was back down to 197. I'm happy for now with it. I will work on this more once I can get a better HS or if I end up going under water.
