Dunno know other than maybe some common things to try like clearing CMOS..Disconnect/reconnect the data cables..Try the Intel SATA ports.
You might need to wait until the faulty graphics card is replaced (assuming that's the problem, which it likely is) before things work right..You really should have the card tested in another compatible system (best thing to do) or try another card in yours..Maybe try the card in a friends/relatives system, take it to a PC repair shop, borrow another card from somebody.
Ultimately you may need to do a Windows repair install or going back to a working Restore Point or if enough free space you could create a HDD partition and put a fresh Windows install on it just for kicks to see if optical drives get recognized..That would all be the most extreme things to do in a worst case scenario.
Just a few thoughts here.
You really should list all your hardware and which Windows you have.
