witcher3.exe - Entry point not found
 
The procedure entry point D3D11OnCreateDevice could not be found located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files(x86)\EVGA\PrecisionX 16\PrecisionXServerHooks_x64.dll
 
Any ideas?  Same error with 5.3.7  and 5.3.8
