I can't even provide gaming benchmarks because my 8.1 setup causes continuous BSOD! Yet another cycle where being an earlier adopter has bit me.

I will say that W8.1 looks more vibrant, colorful, deeper and detailed than W7 when running the BM
 

Arbitrary qualitative feedback is irrelevant in a quantitative test setting. Unless you can quantify the difference with data, it's nothing but admission of bias.

DRH: I'd troubleshoot that because I have 8.1 and it hasn't bsod for me once.
