It appears that BSOD happens randomly during start up or reboot process. It started happening after i installed drivers for Intel MEI. I used the ones from eVga website. Is there a way to disable Intel MEI in BIOS or perhaps some other drivers are available?

Thanks.

Are you sure its being cause by ME and not Intel Rapidstorage.

There a a version of INTRapidst  that will cause blue screens on boot up. I'm using the ver from 8-2013 and it works fine.

I highly doubt this is due to ME.

I don't have installed Intel Rapidstorage. I use Windows 10 default drivers. It could not recognize Intel ME so i grabbed the ones from evga Support Site. Is it safe to do firmware upgrade on Intel ME to version 10.x.x.x ?

I was running AMD 15.7 drivers but i noticed they released newer drivers for Windows 10 x64 AMD 15.7.1

Hmmm boy I don't know now.

I first run the chipset driver, then ME and the intel rapidstorage.

    in that order.

you'll need to reboot after rapid storage installs.

If you believe it is the Intel ME you should be able to uninstall this from the control panel

Or boot into Safemode and uninstall.

    I found a problem.

I installed Windows 7 back and i noticed i started getting random BSOD during startup or reboot process with Windows 7 as well. Soon after my motherboard died. :( I tried everything and no go, no post, no beep, screen black. Lights and fans were on. I pulled my backup board AsRock Extreme 4 x79 and everything is good now. I tried to RTM evga x79 Classified but out of luck, apparently board had only 3 years of warrant and funny thing is i had the board for 3 years and couple months, right on time.

    :(

A lesson learned? I wish i got lifetime warranty.

Only problem is there is no lifetime warranty. You could have bought a 10-year warranty though.
