The new build that just came out on the Fast Ring a couple days ago may be doing some weird things with SLI. As usual, after the updater installs the new build, the Nvidia Control Panel will report "SLI configuration has changed", disable SLI, and set PhysX to run on the CPU. The weirdness happens when re-enabling SLI. The "applying settings" box pops up, the screens will blank, then return to normal. The other cards in the SLI setup may disappear from the control panel, and the option to enable SLI will also vanish. Nvidia Control Panel will show only one card installed in the system, but Device Manager will show all the cards. The issue has been reported on the Feedback Hub, and on the Geforce Forums. Some reports say that disabling Windows Search will fix it, but often simply rebooting will bring back normal SLI operation.

I'm avoiding fast ring builds for the time being as all they do is corrupt my boot drive.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I haven't had anything that bad, but I do make a new recovery USB drive before and after every new build.

I am having the same issues as you described. Build 14316 started the whole fiasco forcing me now to avoid 143xx series all together. Currently on 14295 until they fix the issue.

There's a new build, 14328, (nvm, I was a ditz. The new build is for mobile) and Nvidia drivers (365.10) that released today that might fix it, but I haven't tested them yet.

    The bug is not fixed.

Probably why KB3035583 popped up in my optional updates again. Hidden once again. I'm going to have to drive a stake through this update's heart to keep it down.

Erin, 14342 came out a few days ago, have you tried it? If not, I will backup and take the plunge...

Don't worry, after July 29th it'll all be over with....hopefully.. Unless the Zombie Windows 10 shows up after that date.

My HTPC downloaded the update today, but I haven't applied it. Wasn't going to update in the midst of the Eurovision Grand Final.

It only has the single GT630 in it, but it's been fine with the 365.10 drivers. I'll check to see if my other PC got the fast ring update when I get home in the morning.

Looks like its working! The initial problem that we both had appears resolved; in-game testing might be required though.

*Did a full DDU in safemode and reinstalled 365.19 to be safe*

Yep. Can confirm that the SLI bug is gone. Installed 14342 this morning, re-enabled SLI, and both cards still show up. Next, it's time for the 365.19 drivers.
