Will new 1070/1080 cards come with the thermal pads installed already?

I am planning to get a second card to switch to SLI from single card. What I need to know is will the new cards come with the thermal pads installed already or will I need to order another set for the new card from EVGA?

    Yes. Just got a 1080 RMA card brand new and they are installed. Same with the new BIOS.
