Will a GTX 670 ref. waterblock fit the 970 ref. design?

Here is a pic of what looks like a ref 970 and a 760. They are almost identical. I thought the 670 could fit a 760. So if A=B and B=C, I might be able to keep my block.

    It looks like the 670 ref will work on the 970 ref!! :)

    Does the ACX 2.0 and FTW Version have the same PCB Design as the ACX?
    and will the new models have a backplate?
