Why does it keep doing this?

All I did was do some cable management in my tower. I disconnected everything and reconnected it. Upon starting my system up, in the picture it keeps refreshing. Over and over and over again. Can anyone possibly tell me why it would continue to do this?

    I don't really know.  Guessing you have some object stuck in the "Search" window.  Perhaps delete what is NOT there and maybe even 1 or 2 of the items below it.   Other method we used to use is type in a "real" word that can be found and see if that stops the search.  Sometimes a non-visible character is in the "search box" .

    I figured it out. The JB Micron in the BIOS was set at ACHID and it needed to be on IDE because I have DVD Roms connected to them. YAY!!
