Why No Hydro Copper Block for Titan Black!!

Why aren't there any Hydro Copper Blocks for Titan Black, specifically for that card,  there is only for Titan-Z and now 980.
Titan Black it's fairly new card, only few months old and eliminating that block from the  listing it's not fair to anyone who has purchased that card today or in the past few months.
Yes there is one or two small option e.g. EK - 780Ti that fits that card (I really don't fancy that block ) and there are  some half full blocks from heatkiller and aquacomputer but first, they are not full blocks and that's not good, second EK was not initially made for Titan Black.
Frankly I really liked the Swiftech Hydro Copper full block that now is no longer available, why wouldn't EVGA ask EK to make one specifically for that card.
Customers  that own those cards are in some way short chained.

    Those blocks are available from Performance PCs, Frozen CPU, Swiftech, and EK, but they will not have the EVGA writing on them.  I am unsure that a company would make just one block for you.  You may want to reach put to them (EK or Swiftech) directly and ask them, as they may be willing to do that for you.  I am not sure EVGA ever sold the blocks independently, but then again I have not been a long-term member of this forum but have used EVGHA equipment for many years, so I may not be the best one to answer that question.

    That is not what I'm talking about.
    Also, the latest EVGA Hydro Coper block was sold yesterday at FrozenCPU:

    and they will no longer restock them, no one else have, nor ever had any Hydro copper block for Titan Black
