Where is my RMA

its been 3 weeks now and no sign of my gtx 1080 ftw RMA being processed it , I want someone to check on this issue ASAP because I can't wait longer than this , the warranty services drives me insane
 
Can anyone gives us what's going on I thought the process turn around would be 3 business days
