Where is my RMA (RMA ID: ******)

I started my Advanced RMA (ID: ******) request on 07.11.2016 and uploaded my invoice at the same date. Asked the support about it few days ago, they said that they will look into it- still nothing. How long should i wait, should the card blow up first?

    I have edited your initial post to remove the personal information, your RMA ID.  I have also directly asked EVGA Support to look into your case and they should be in touch soon.

    I do apologize for the delay with your RMA.  Our EU team has been experiencing an increase in request recently which is causing a bit of delay.  I have gone ahead and sent a request to our EU team to review your RMA and see if we can get that approved for you.
