@Speedmax: ...that and the awesome weather system. The wind picking up the dust/snow and making it difficult to see. Also, the fact that you can pretty much annihilate the buildings. It's an excellent game.

Despite any bugs it may have (haven't had a single issue) I think it's a great title, definitely worth $49.99. I love the ranking system which greatly increases the replay value, controls are spot on, graphics top notch with the destructible environments, sound is worthy of a movie, and soon to be map packs are an added bonus. My only gripe is no prone...but other than that a 9 out of 10 in my experience so far! LOVE it!!! Now, I wait patiently for Battlefield 3....

Can someone help me out? Why can't I SPRINT and Strafe Left or Right at the same time. Every time I hold down spring it only goes forward and I can't strafe while running. I'm using the arrow keys for forward/back/strafe and tried using both Right shift, ctrl, slash as Sprint but no matter what each one does not allow me to strafe while running....this is so stupid.

The game is loads of fun to play, i love running over trees and destroying buildings. When the server is empty i switch to the map with choppers so i fly and destroy buildings . The server browser is slow but i was able to add evga server to my favorites.

No I have not tried...but I went online and lots of people are complaining about this. Basically the game does not allow spring+strafe...kind of stupid given every other FPS allows this. oh well....I'll still give it a chance.

I don't mind about no strafing while running. It's just something to get used to and I don't see what the problem is.

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. When you abuse it, it reverses on you and it hurts you.The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

I have not play any other game or browser the web much for new hardware news etc. I just found out last night about the new 6 core Gultown review and I'm behind. Before this game I was always on the web and was bored with all other games. The best games where L4D, TF2 and some BF2 but didn't play them much. BC2 is a very addictive game. I love hardcore and only sometimes I play at EVGA servers since is not hardcore. The only complains where the server issues EA been having and I think is all fixed. My game screen name is Yurimaster

This game has gotten really good reviews, and everyone here seems to love it also. I am just curious since I have not purchased it yet, how does it compare to the series? I have played bf1942, vietnam, and bf2 and those are amazing games. Just how does it feel compared to those titles? Seems to be a game between bf2 and bf2142. But I am going to pick this up as soon as I get the cash.

They need to get the fricking damage measurement stabilized. Having maxed out Assault, you hit a guy in the head with a sniper round in Recon, and he's fine. But one shot and you're dead. Makes it really sickening and not worth playing for very long.
