Weird fan noise from 970 FTW+

The card arrived today and I was really excited to own the first eVGA product. Then heartbreak, after an hour of testing ( Unigine, Furmark for 7 mins, no OC ):
 
1/High pitch noise from the card constantly bothers me. Now I was expecting it is coil whine, but no. I took it out of the case and found out one of the fan isn't responsive like the other one. whenever it spins, this weird noise comes out again.
 
2/ Display Driver constantly fails after every 15 mins of browsing.
 
I need help, and thank you in advance.

    Are you in Europe or the USA, or ASIA?

    So, one of the fans doesn't spin usually, but when it does it makes noise... I wouldn't mess with the card anymore and try to get an RMA. I feel like if you play with the card then EVGA may deny your warranty thinking it was you (ex: taking it apart).

    I would RMA as well, but just a heads up. Driver 352 is absolute garbage and constantly crashes. Make sure you are using 350.12 or 347.88.

    Oh yeah I made a clean swipe and installed 350, everything works fine now exccept for the noise of course. Also, what's evga RMA turnaround ?
