I am having issues where one of my GPU's, SATA Hard drives and CD/DVD SATA drives, after each power reset or reboot on my computer I drop the hardware out of the system and windows no longer sees them at all. I checked my hardware listing and there just gone, like they have been pulled out of the system. then the next reboot they come back up like nothing ever happened??

This issue only happens with my SATA ports and some of my PCIe slots. I believe its an issue in my Motherboard but don't know how to go about fixing it.

Motherboard - EVGA X58 4-Way SLi
Intel - X58 980X CPU
RAM - 3x 4GB cards
GPU's - 3x GTX 680's
SATA Hardware: 2x CD/DVD drives, 6 Hard drives
PCIe x4 SSD Revo 240GB hard drive with my OS loaded on it.
PCIe x2 eSATA RAID card

I had a look at the X58 architecture here, it seems pretty straightforward - if you are losing (a) video card(s) and SATA ports, you have a problem with the Integrated Controller Hub (ICH10R is behind PCIe) and may or may not have a problem with the IOH (X58 I/O Hub between CPU and PCIe).  A voltage bump in the BIOS may fix it, but you may also have a dying board.

In the voltage control in the bios screen which voltage should i Adjust? My motherboard has a full water block on it so extra heat isn't a concern.

    EDIT:

I went and added 0.100v to each ICH and IOH option in the BIOS, video card came back up on that reboot. ill let you know if it fails again, thanks!!!

Dont have an X58 handy, so I referenced this guide http://forums.evga.com/EVGA-X58-Overclocking-Guide-m20028.aspx
Looks like BIOS > Frequency / Voltage Control > Voltage Control > ICH vCore (and maybe IOH vCore).  If that isnt it, then it may be communication problems, adjust "IOH/ICH I/O Voltage" ?

Might not be a voltage issue at all. Have you tried removing and reinstalling the latest chipset drivers for your board?

    Have water, will cool.

I submitted a ticket on this board to see if EVGA tech support can help me out.
