I am certain that I registered my gtx 480 but when I click on products nothing happens. I'M afraid that the card has failed. nvlddmkm.sys bsod when trying to boot normal. Can boot in safe mode or standard with drivers uninstalled. I want to make the claim, have the purchase receipt...

    Make sure you are logged in with the same email address, just in case you used an different email when registering.
