-----------------------------

Will this setup work perfect? I know the mobo might be a bit too much but i really want one with built in wifi. Want to make this pc pretty high end.

Anyone with knowledge mind giving me some info on this build? Will i encounter any major issues ?

Will i be able to upgrade to a 2nd gtx 1080 with this set up?

Im about ready to buy this set up, all i need to do is check out, but i need an experienced user to let me know im good to go.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

I would replace the 1000 G2 for the P2 version. You could just get the regular Venegence or anything else, you don't need the Dominator unless you really like the looks of it.

You can add SLI later if you want.

The H220 X2 that I have is better then the Corsair. You didn't mention what monitor you were using or gonna use.

Well currently i dont have a monitor. I do plan on getting a 1440p monitor soon tho.
Not sure if its possible to use my TV. I have a 55inch 4k tv, so if its possible, ill use that for now. If not, ill buy a cheap 1080p monitor till i can buy the new 1440p.

Also, will it be ok to run both radiators on this case? Ive been doing research on whether to use the radiators as exhausts or intakes, havent seen anything conclusive.

Where would be the ideal places to put each radiator and whether to use them as intakes or exhausts?

One last thing, is this case worth it. Im open for suggestions.

I really liked the Mastercase Maker 5

I just dont think the air flow would be as good as the 780t.

TV can be tough to use as a monitor -- check the documents carefully.

What refresh rate can the TV support from a PC ?

What cable is required for the desired display rate ?

How bad will the latency be ? Could be a game killer

I got no idea about any of that stuff, if it becomes a problem ill just grab a monitor from craigslist in the mean time.

I really just want to get a pc up and running as soon as i can. Still stuck on which chassis to get.

Can anyone vouch for evgas dg 87? Will the hybrid card and cpu cooler both work properly on it?

Using a TV as a monitor will cause higher input lag. Buying a 1080 now to hold over for a 1440P is not a good idea unless you like wasting money. That was my idea as well and now I got extra monitors collecting dust in my closest. If you redo your list, you could budget a 1440P with your build.
Here's a cheap 1440P 144Hz monitor if you don't mind that it doesn't have Gsync. The Gsync version I think is $300 more.

If you want good air flow I would suggest something like this.

Running the Seahawk in a case with a AIO cooler is not something I don't have experience in. I suppose it could work if both direct air out.

The DG 87 is a huge and heavy case. It is a very good loooking case but I was turned off because the weigth is 51lb. I prefer a lighter case. I don't plan on being a body builder any time soon. :P

That 1000w PSU is overkill. You could go with EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P2, 80+ PLATINUM 850W and save some $$. It would give you more than enough power to run 2way SLi.

EVGA DG 87 case is a huge case. It reminds me of old tube TV. If the tv was turned off in the image below, at a glance a person might think it's evga DG case.

I would also agree much of what was said above.  Look at the Swiftech AIO coolers - I had one before my custom loop and was very happy with it plus it's expandable.  Also agree with 1000w being overkill.  An 850w would be more than enough and power supplies run their best at around 50% load.  I've ran CF 7950s overclocked on my 750G2 and it handled it no problem.  As far as cases have you looked at Phanteks or Fractal Design?  Either one has really good build quality for the money - I've had 3 Phanteks cases and love them!  Their customer support has always been good to me as well.  I'm planning on re-building my loop this fall and have a Primo sitting here waiting to be filled.

I would also consider taking advantage of your PCIe M.2/NVMe U.2 onboard if you do not do SLI. Storage speeds on PCIe/NVMe can be considerable faster than Sata but only if you have leftover cash to drop on it as Sata is still rather fast for most user these days.

As long as your popular enough, you can get away with anything.
