Good evening,
Can somebody please take a look at Step-Up ID3796367 and let me know when my new card will ship. Today will end the 3rd business day of newegg having my trade in card before shipping the new card. UPS tracking has my trade in arriving this past Monday 10/10/16 at 11:21am. I emailed an inquiry yesterday but noone has gotten back to me yet. My process may not be taking as long as others have but for their curiosity my venture of the step up began on 7/30/2016 6:55:13 AM. Is the 08G-P4-6171-KR not in stock? Any updates would be kindly appreciated.

The Step up program at least allows you to utilize your original card until you ship it for the actual step up card. Yes, it does take time, but no other company offers a service like this for GPU's.
I am glad to hear that they are sending out your card and hope you enjoy it.
I can't see signatures, so I am sorry that I am not able to provide clarification to what you see.

I still have full faith in evga and will continue to promote them to others and lets see if I make it to 20 years of purchasing evga!

I am sorry for any confusion. Since the product was received on the 10th, then please allow 1-3 business days for any Step-up or RMA to process once it is received.
I assure you that we are working to ship out all cards within this time 1-3 day time frame and please do not hesitate to let us know if you should have a additional questions or concerns.

Evga received my 970 10/7/16 and i still havent gotten any tracking updates whatsoever myself. No word on 1080 being sent out, live chat reps cant tell whether it has or not either.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We see that the card was checked into our system on 10/10/16. We see that the card is being prepared for shipment, we expect that card to shipped out today. We expect that once it is out of our facility that it will take about 5 business days to reach your address in New York. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Update: So, card is supposed to be shipped today (end of 4th day coming). If it arrives next week the overall process will have taken just shy of 3 months. Not terrible.

Delivered!  Thanks EVGA. Now I know how long the step up program takes and if in fact I ever pursue another GPU step up, I am aware. Love the card.
